Paul was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what work was needed and why. Pricing was fair and completely transparent with no nasty surprises. He had the new lock supplied and fitted quickly and to a great standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Paul again and will be recommending him to family and friends.”
